Joseph A. Moran

Joseph A.
Moran III has been Chief Financial Officer and a Treasurer of Citizens Energy Corp.
since 1996.
Mr. Moran joined Citizens Energy Corporation in 1984 as a Controller and was appointed as Vice President of Finance in 1989.
Prior to joining Citizens Energy, Mr. Moran was a Controller of Education Management Corp.
He was an Account Analyst in the General Accounting Department, an Associate Administrator in the Grants and Contracts Department, and as the Assistant Manager in the Student Loan Department of Boston University’s Office of the Comptroller.
Mr. Moran worked at the United States Army Reserves.
He has 30 years of experience in financial, accounting, and managerial.
He received an AS degree in Accounting from Quincy College and a BS degree in Accounting from Boston University.
