Dr. Joshua F.
Rowe is a Director of Research at WMS Partners LLC.
He is also the ESG Committee Chair at the firm.
He is responsible for coordinating the firm’s investment research across public and private markets.
He and his colleagues develop new investment ideas, evaluate quantitative data, identify trends, and write white papers and memoranda.
He also serves as an Investment Committee member and works directly with clients on portfolio construction.
Prior to joining WMS, Dr. Rowe was a Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst with Orinda Asset Management where he performed research and managed long and short investments across the capital structure of companies in the real estate, financial, infrastructure and transportation industries.
A credit generalist, he also has experience modeling and trading structured credit, corporate, hybrid and convertible instruments.
He previously worked in the RIA industry, performing due diligence on private equity investments.
He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2014 after graduating with a PhD in History from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Arts from Johns Hopkins where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
