Jun Fujii

Mr. Jun Fujii is a Principal at Try Hard Investments Co. Ltd.
At Arthur Andersen Tax Accountant Office (currently, KPMG Tax Corporation), he engaged in formation of schemes and implementation of tax due diligence, etc., of M&A, corporate organizational restructuring and securitization projects of real estates among domestic and foreign financial institutions and funds.
Constantly involved in projects by providing tax advisory service and managing SPC of invested companies even after the execution investments.
At JPMorgan Securities Japan Co., Ltd., Tax Department, besides engaged in tax filing of the Group, he took charge of cross border financial transactions, accounting and tax advisory service relating to M&A, etc., for securities companies and banking institutions.
Holding the present post since December 2007.
Engaged in general fund management including management of investment targets, financial control of funds, and reporting to investors, etc.
Mr. Fujii graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Business and Commerce.
He is a Certified tax accountant.
