Fosun Asset Management Ltd. (FAM) is an asset management firm headquartered in Hong Kong. The firm is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fosun Asset Holdings Ltd., which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fosun International Ltd. (HKG: 0656). They are ultimately owned by Fosun International Holdings Ltd. in British Virgin Islands. FAM specializes in global fixed income, equity, and alternatives investment for institutional clients in Asia, Europe, and the US.

SAFE Investment Co. Ltd. (SAFEIC) is the Hong Kong-based investment management subsidiary of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE), an administration agency headquartered in China. Founded in 1997, SAFEIC is the Hong Kong branch of the Chinese sovereign wealth fund, which serves primarily as a foreign currency reserve. Officials from the SAFE serve on the firm’s Board of Directors.
