KBC Fund Management Ltd. (KBCFM) is the Irish, wholly-owned fund management subsidiary of KBC Asset Management NV, itself a subsidiary of KBC Group SA/NV (XB: KBC, ADR: KBCSY) in Belgium. Formerly known as Eperon Asset Management Ltd., the firm was originally founded as Citadel Fund Services Ltd. in 2007. They became Eperon Asset Management Ltd. in 2008 and changed their name to KBC Fund Management Ltd. in 2011. Headquartered in Dublin, KBCFM acts as an asset manager for KBC Ireland Fund ICAV and Archipel Fund Plc.

KBC Asset Management Ltd. (Ireland) (KBCAM-Ireland) is the Dublin-based subsidiary of KBC Bank & Verzekering Holding NV (Belgium), itself a subsidiary of KBC Groupe SA (Belgium) (XB: KBC). Formerly known as Ulster Bank Investment Managers Ltd., KBCAM-Ireland was formed in 2000 when KBC Bank and Insurance Group NV (Belgium) acquired Ulster Bank Investment Managers Ltd. The firm provides a range of investment products and investment management services to pension funds, charities, corporate and personal investors. With additional offices in London and New York, KBCAM-Ireland offers a variety of equity, bond, property and cash products to the institutional pension market on a pooled basis.
