Reynolds is Chairman of Kal Energy, Inc. He has over 30 years of experience in mining and related markets.
Mr. Reynolds was involved in the IPO of Asia Energy Plc on the AIM Market in April 2004.
During the 1970's, his particular area of expertise was the acquisition and restructuring of mining districts companies in the US, Western Canada, Australia, China and Africa.
