Capital International, Inc. (Singapore) (CII-SG) is the Singapore office of US-based Capital International Private Equity Funds, itself a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Capital Group Cos., Inc., a privately-owned holding company based in California. Established in 1989, the Singapore office provides investment management services to institutional clients primarily in Asia, via separate accounts and commingled funds. Their clients include pension funds, banks, financial institutions, endowments, foundations and family offices. CII-SG advises Asian portfolios for funds managed within the parent group, and distributes a large range of investment products managed by the Capital companies. They are also private equity investors.

Capital International, Inc. (Investment Management Singapore) (Capital IM-SG) is the investment management division of Capital International, Inc., itself a subsidiary of The Capital Group Cos., Inc. in the US, a privately-owned holding company established in 1931 by Jonathan Bell Lovelace which specializes in global investment management for corporations, private individuals, foundations and endowments. Capital IM-SG is headquartered in Singapore and was founded in 1989. They are an autonomous regional investment team which shares research with the Capital Group's affiliates through centralized databases.
