Lela Dunlap

Ms. Lela Dunlap, CFA MBA, is a Head of Implementation & Portfolio Manager at Victory Capital Management, Inc. In this role, she oversees the execution of investment strategies and manages the daily operations of the VictoryShares and Solutions portfolios.
Ms. Dunlap is also responsible for managing asset allocation strategies in the Victory Cornerstone and Target Retirement Funds.
Ms. Dunlap joined USAA in January 2006 as an Investment Advisor.
In 2017 She joined the Global Multi-Assets portfolio management team as a research analyst.
Prior to joining the Global Multi-Assets team, she worked in the Corporate Finance Department as a Financial Analyst from 2010 to 2016.
She earned an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio, Texas, and a B.A. in finance from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
