Len Schneidman

Mr. Leonard Schneidman is a Managing Director at Andersen Tax LLC, a Member at American Bar Association, a Member at American College of Tax Counsel, a Member at Boston Bar Association, a Member at International Bar Association and a Member at International Fiscal Association.
He has over 40 years of experience in international taxation.
His work includes counseling clients on structuring and operation of private investment funds, advising high net worth foreign investors on U.S.
investments and activities, helping U.S.
and non-U.S.
corporate clients with tax-efficient structuring of their business operations, and advising clients on the reporting of undisclosed income and/or foreign financial assets from offshore accounts through the IRS Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program or Streamlined Filing Compliance Procedures, and Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts.
He has had significant involvement with issues of U.S.
international tax policy and tax reform, including chairmanship of the ABA’s U.S.
Activities of Foreigners and Tax Treaties Committee and co-chairmanship of the ABA’s Task Force on International Tax Reform.
Mr. Schneidman was employed as a Member by New York State Bar Association.
He received his undergraduate degree from Hobart & William Smith Colleges, a graduate degree from New York University and a graduate degree from Harvard University.
