Lik Man Sin

Lik Man Sin is a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 2012.
He was the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of New Provenance Everlasting Holdings Ltd.
from 2018 to 2022.
Mr. Sin also served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Huili Resources (Group) Ltd.
from 2011 to 2013, at Kunming Dianchi Water Treatment Co., Ltd.
from 2018 to 2020, and at West China Cement Ltd.
from 2010 to 2012.
He worked as an Internal Audit Officer at Delta Asia Financial Group in 2005.
Additionally, Mr. Sin was the Secretary & General Manager-Investor Relations at Integrated Waste Solutions Group Holdings Ltd.
in 2013.
He graduated from Curtin University in 2007 and obtained his undergraduate degree from The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology in 2000.
Currently, Mr. Sin holds positions at the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
