Luis Gonzalez

Luis Gonzalez is a Partner of NMS, joining the firm in 2016.
Luis is involved in all aspects of origination, execution, managing and exiting for the firm’s investments.
He has more than 15 years of lower middle market private equity and M&A experience and has successfully completed numerous buyout and growth equity investments.
Prior to joining NMS, Luis was a Managing Director of MBF Healthcare Partners, L.P.
where he was responsible for leading the execution of all aspects of the investment process, including transaction sourcing, structuring and execution of post-closing growth, and operational strategies of investments.
He served on the boards of several MBF portfolio companies.
Prior to joining MBF, Luis worked in the Investment Banking Group at Raymond James & Associates, Inc. In this role, he was active in mergers & acquisitions, and public equity and debt offerings.
He began his career at Deloitte in 2002 where he was responsible for a range of audit and advisory services for public and private clients, including Fortune 500 companies.
Luis earned his B.S.
in Accounting, magna cum laude, and Master of Accounting from the University of Florida in 2002.
