Malcolm Glyn

Mr. Malcolm Glyn is a member of the Board of Directors of Forum Securities Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer in Forum’s office in London.
He has enjoyed a 28-year career in finance, during which he has had a number of CFO roles in various firms.
As a Chief Financial Officer of Butterfield Fulcrum Group, he was responsible for managing and establishing many functions within the company to support its growing business.
As a Chief Financial Officer of Celerant Consulting, he was responsible for the leadership and development of the finance, legal, tax and treasury functions.
Prior to this, he worked in finance divisions at WPP, Avis Europe and Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Glyn received his BA from Sheffield University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
