Principal Global Investors LLC, dba Principal Asset Management (Principal AM), is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa. The firm was founded in 1998 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Principal Global Investors Holding Co. (US) LLC and their ultimate parent is Principal Financial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: PFG). Principal AM provides investment advisory services to institutional investors and individuals on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis.

Principal Management Corp. (PMC) is a registered investment advisor located in Des Moines, Iowa. Principal Financial Services, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Principal Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: PFG), is a 100% stockowner of PMC. The firm primarily serves as the administrator and manager-of-managers on behalf of Principal Funds, organized by Principal Life Insurance Co. They also serve as the administrator for Principal ETFs. For some of the funds, some of sub-advisor investment advisory and administrative services are provided by PMC doing business as "Principal Portfolio Strategies." In addition, PMC is registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) as a Commodity Pool Operator (“CPO”) and operates one of more controlled foreign corporations (each a “CFC”) of the registered fund for which they act as a registered CPO. PMC is also a member of the National Futures Association ("NFA). PMC's clients include mutual funds, ETFs, funds of funds, and unregistered separate accounts of a Principal Life Insurance Co.
