RiverOak Investment Corp. LLC Investment ManagersFinance RiverOak Investment Corp. invests in commercial and residential real estate projects along the Washington, DC-to-Boston corridor. They look for opportunities for returns greater than 20%, typically through ground-up development, project repositioning and/or renovations. The firm seeks investments with market-based local partners and developers who typically manage the project on an operating basis. RiverOak considers real estate investment opportunities ranging from $5 million to $50 million in total capitalization and $2 million to $7.5 million in total equity. The RiverOak Realty Funds focus on investments in single family residential, multi-family residential, hotel, office and retail properties on the US Eastern Seaboard. RiverOak seeks to invest in niche opportunities including (1) distressed assets with compelling value-added opportunities (2) unique assets with strong upside potential (3) properties in good locations with existing cash flow and (4) real estate related operating and service companies. The RiverOak Realty Funds take a balanced approach to maximizing risk-adjusted returns and long-term capital appreciation. The average holding time for investment assets is 3 to 5 years.
