Dalton is a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer & Partner at Belle Haven Investments LP and at Belle Haven Investments Securities.

In 1994, he was recruited to Rodman and Renshaw to head their Municipal Bond Department until joining Belle Haven in 1996.
He assumed his current position in 2002, utilizing his years of experience in the institutional muni market to launch and guide the firm in the direction of investment management.
He received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University.
