Brach

Prior to joining JRC, he was a Vice President at CD Ventures, LLC where he led due diligence on over 80 different transactions that included accounting reviews, financial modeling, return analyses, and industry research.
Prior to his career in private equity, Mr. Brach was a Manager for Reznick Group, PC, a top 20 Bethesda, Maryland based the accounting and consulting firm.
While at Reznick, he was responsible for relationships with several large national, multi-family housing investors.
He was also a financial analyst with Constellation Energy Group, a national energy business based in Baltimore.
He began his career with Ernst & Young, LLP in their Healthcare Consulting Practice, where he worked with several of the major hospital systems based in New Jersey, including the St. Barnabas Healthcare hospital network.
Mr. Brach also spent five years with the Emerging Growth Companies group at Ernst & Young, LLP in Tyson's Corner, Virginia, and also worked in their Venture Capital Advisory Group advising companies actively pursuing venture capital funding.
Mr. Brach holds a B.S.A from Villanova University, with a minor in political science, and an M.B.A from the Smith School at the University of Maryland, where he was awarded the distinguished Dingman Entrepreneur Scholarship.
