Matthew J. Flower

Mr. Matthew Flower is a principal in the investment banking group at Piper Jaffray London office, with primary responsibility for the Consumer sector.
He has a wide range of transaction experience in the public and private advisory arena, particularly in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as equity offerings.
Prior to joining Piper Jaffray, Mr. Matthew Flower was a transaction team leader within the corporate finance division of ING Barings.
Previously, he specialised in M&A transactions while at Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank and was a member of the top ranked UK Smaller Companies team at UBS Limited.
Mr. Matthew Flower graduated from Loughborough University with an honours degree in banking and finance and also qualified as a chartered accountant at Price Waterhouse in London
