Meg Vorland is Managing Partner at Dcode Capital and co-founder of Dcode, where she serves as the Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing core business functions, strategy, and expansion into new markets.
As part of the founding team, Meg brings a strong focus on business leadership and growth, ensuring that operations and products are ready to scale.
Meg's experience at tech startups has shaped Dcode's accelerator, and she has been working in the federal technology space for most of her career.
Meg played softball for the University of Wisconsin-Madison, has an MBA from Darden School of Business, and served in the Obama Administration as a Senior Advisor at the U.S.
Small Business Administration (SBA).
