Most recently, Mr. Falcon was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Jackson Financial and an Executive Director of its parent, Prudential PLC.
Prior to that he was Chief Executive Officer of JP Morgan Asset Management for APAC, based in Hong Kong.
Previously he held senior leadership roles at Merrill Lynch and Sara Lee Corporation, having started his career at Chase Manhattan Bank.
He has a BS in Finance from Indiana University where he also completed degree work in Accounting.
