A 1976 graduate of Muhlenberg College, Mr. Pocalyko earned his M.P.A.
at Harvard and his M.B.A.
at Wharton.
He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the International Institute for Strategic Studies, the Authors Guild, and the Cosmos Club.
A native of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and at one time a union steelworker, he has been married since 1976 to Barbara Snelbaker Pocalyko, a certified public accountant who chaired the Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Accountancy.
