Toms has been Chairman of Audit Committee for Viridian Group Plc since March 2005 and Non-Executive Director since November 2003.
He has been Director of Planning and Regulatory Affairs for British Airports Authority Plc since 2001.
Previously, Mr. Toms was Chief Economist and Director of Corporate Strategy for British Airports.
He was Non-Executive Director and a Member of the Audit Committee for Australia Pacific Airports Corp.
Mr. Toms is a Member of the Governing Board of the Airports Council International and a Director of the Airport Property Partnership.
He is an Occasional Lecturer of the University of Westminster, Cranfield and Loughborough.
He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Durham and a Master's degree from the University of Nottingham.
