Mohammed Elayan

Mr. Elayan joined Pathway in 2022 and is a senior counsel in the California office.
He is responsible for various legal and compliance issues related to Pathway and its clients, including non-disclosure agreements and the structuring, negotiating, and monitoring of private equity investment transactions.Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Elayan was special counsel at Cooley LLP, where he advised clients on SEC reporting compliance, corporate governance matters, and M&A transactions.
Mr. Elayan received a BA from Kalamazoo College, an MA from the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor, and a JD from the University of California, Irvine, School of Law.
