Patrick is a strategic finance leader with extensive and broad experience in finance, operations and strategy.
Through his 20+ year career, he has worked with a broad range of companies, connecting with C-Suite executives, Board of Directors and entrepreneurs alike.
Specialized in capital markets solutions, he supported the growth of mid-sized and large corporations through debt and equity financing needs, IPOs and mergers and acquisition transactions.
He joined Inovia in March 2022 as Chief Financial Officer, with a mandate to write the next chapter of Inovia’s story by focusing on the firm’s finance and operations, while also building a dedicated fundraising and investor relations function to further fuel the firm’s growth.
Prior to joining Inovia, Patrick was Vice-President Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations at Bombardier.
Before stepping into this role, he participated in numerous transactions while in investment banking and corporate finance across CIBC World Markets, RBC Capital Markets and KPMG Corporate Finance.
Patrick is a CPA, CA and holds the CFA designation.
He graduated with a BBA in Professional Accounting and a D.E.S.S.C.P.
from HEC Montreal in 1997-1998.
