Patrick Smouha

Atlanticomnium SA (Atlanticomnium) was formed in 1976 by Compagnie Privée de Banque et de Placement as a service company to act as investment adviser and manager for their clients. In 1981, Richard Smouha acquired the majority of the firm's shares and expanded the business to include portfolio management. Based in Geneva, Switzerland, Atlanticomnium is an independent investment advisory firm which offers advice on general portfolio structure, policy and objectives with emphasis on their area of specialization: convertible bonds, special situation bonds and other income-yielding investments. They also manage investments for a number of smaller institutions, pension funds and clients with accounts in banks, brokers and finance companies in Europe and internationally.
