Paul A. Schroeder

Paul A. Schroeder has been Senior Vice President of Operations and Business Transformation for Capella Education Co. since March 2007.
He was Senior Vice President of Operations for Capella University from April 2006 to February 2007 and a Director from 2003 to 2006.
Mr. Schroeder was Senior Vice President of Business Management for Capella Education from 2004 to March 2006, Senior Vice President of Business and Technology from 2003 to 2004 and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2001 to 2003.
From 1997 to 2001, he held various executive management positions at Datacard Group, including Senior Vice President, General Manager and Chief Financial Officer.
From 1984 to 1997, Mr. Schroeder held various financial management positions at NCR Corp.
He received a BA from Haverford College and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and completed additional graduate work at the University of Illinois.
