Paul Denley Hodgdon

Paul Hodgdon is the General Counsel, Partner at Northpond Ventures.
Paul is responsible for all legal and regulatory matters for Northpond and its investment funds.
He also oversees PR and communications.
Previously, Paul served as General Counsel at KaVo Kerr, an operating company of Envista Holdings Corporation (NYSE: NVST).
Prior to KaVo Kerr, he was Senior Counsel, M&A at Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR) for over six years.
In this role, he advised senior executives and members of corporate, strategic, and business development teams on all aspects of public and private acquisition and disposition transactions.
Earlier, Paul worked as an Associate for the global law firm Davis, Polk & Wardwell, LLP in the M&A group from 2004-2011.
Before becoming an attorney, Paul served in business roles at Overture Technologies and Fannie Mae.
Paul received a J.D.
from Columbia University School of Law; an M.Sc.
in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics; and an A.B., cum laude, in Government from Harvard University.
