Paula H. McMenamin

Ms. Paula H.
McMenamin is a Member-Executive Council at Driehaus Private Equity LLC since 2008.
She oversees the tax, consulting and accounting services for Driehaus Private Equity.
She is also the Managing Director of Driehaus Enterprise Management, Inc. (“DEMI”), a management company to entities owned directly or indirectly by Mr. Richard H.
Driehaus.
Before joining DEMI in February 2008, she was a Partner in the Private Client group of McDermott Will & Emery, LLP, in its Chicago office.
While at McDermott, she advised multi-generational high net worth, business-owning families.
She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Family Office Network and the Family Office Exchange Business Owning Council.
She is also active in a number of civic and charitable organizations.
Ms. McMenamin has a B.S.
in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Southern California and earned a J.D.
from Washington University School of Law, in St. Louis, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Washington University Law Quarterly and graduated Order of the Coif.
