Peter D. DeCicco

Mr. DeCicco focuses exclusively on the research, monitoring and reporting for Winston's hedge fund vehicles.
He has been involved in the investment business since 1984.
Prior to joining Winston, Mr. DeCicco was the Founder and President of DeCicco Associates, Inc., an investment management consulting firm.
From 1984 through 1989, Mr. DeCicco was a Founding Member and Director of Research for B.
Hauptman and Associates, Inc., an investment management and consulting firm specializing in alternative investments.
Mr. DeCicco received an M.B.A.
from the M.U.M.
School of Business Administration in Fairfield, Iowa, and a B.A.
from the University of Connecticut.
