Philip Ciantro is the financial and compliance officer of Rosemoor Capital in the US.
Philip founded SineMetu Solutions in 2011 to provide tax preparation and accounting consulting services.
He previously worked in foreign exchange and precious metals markets as a risk manager.
Philip joined the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) in 2007, then FINRA.
He holds an MBA in Management and an MS in Accountancy from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
Mr. Ciantro is registered as Financial and Operations Principal and as a General Securities Principal and is an actively registered Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service
