Mauchel is Senior Managing Director at OMERS Private Equity, Inc. Mr. Mauchel was with Canadian Corporate Funding Ltd for fourteen years in investment banking and private equity, which included nine years making mezzanine and equity investments in North American mid-market businesses and five years structuring, arranging and managing private placement financings.
Prior to this, he worked as VP Finance of a mid-market private company and spent seven years in the commercial and corporate banking areas of the National Bank of Canada and CIBC.
Mr. Mauchel has board level experience with a wide variety of private and public companies.
Mr. Mauchel has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University and a MBA from the University of Toronto.
