Krungsri Asset Management Co., Ltd. (KSAM) is the asset management subsidiary of Bank of Ayudhya Public Co. Ltd. (BKK: BAY), which is a subsidiary of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. (TYO: 8306) in Japan. The firm was founded in 1996 as Ayudhya Jardine Fleming Co., Ltd (AJF) and later in 2011 they changed their corporate name from Ayudhya Fund Management Co. Ltd. to Krungsri Asset Management Co., Ltd. Headquartered in Bangkok, KSAM offers comprehensive range of products and services including mutual funds, private funds, provident funds, property funds and management of investment in future contracts. Mutual funds consist of several types of investments such as stock funds, fixed income funds, commodity index funds, foreign investment funds (FIF) and property funds.
