Ceballos is currently an Independent Director at Berjaya Philippines, Inc. He is also the Director & Owner of Ceballos Bar Trends, Bohol Enterprises, Inc., Baesa Summit Holdings, Inc., Angels & Lemons Bistros, Inc., Secretary & Director at Qmarketz Corp., Automart.PH, and Motomart.PH.
Additionally, he is a Member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
In the past, he worked as a Professor at Philippine Christian University starting in 2011 and Ateneo De Manila Law School starting in 1990.
He also held positions as a Professor at Letran College from 2016 to 2017, Liceo de Cagayan University, Inc. from 2010 to 2011, Wesleyan University-Philippines from 2010 to 2011, and Philippine Christian University Law School from 2015 to 2017.
