Randall Talcott

Mr. Randy Talcott, a partner of Prairie Street Capital, is a seasoned financial executive with over 30 years of experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, travel and leisure, and home security.
He has served as Chief Financial Officer of both medium size and small public and private companies where he has secured hundreds of millions of dollars in both public and private financing, executed several mergers and acquisitions, implemented ERP systems for companies in manufacturing and the travel industry, and has led the legal, human resources, and information technology functions in several organizations.
Mr. Talcott specializes in financial leadership, financial forecasting and reporting, raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, growth companies, and distressed situations.Mr. Talcott received his degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
