James Roosevelt, Inc. and changed their name to The Roosevelt Investment Group, Inc. in 1993. They are a wholly-owned subsidiary of CI Private Wealth LLC, an indirect majority-owned subsidiary of CI Financial Corp. (TSE: CIX, NYSE: CIXX) in Canada. Roosevelt Investments offers services to institutional and retail clients and wrap program sponsors.

Voya Investments LLC (VIL) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. The predecessor of VIL began business as an investment adviser in 1994. In 2001, the name of the investment adviser changed from Pilgrim Investments, Inc. to ING Pilgrim Investments LLC. They became ING Investments LLC in 2002 and Voya Investments LLC in 2014. LLC, the firm was founded in 1972 under the name of Aetna Capital Management, Inc. They are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Voya Investment Management LLC, ultimately held by Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA). Voya IM provides investment management services to a wide range of clients and investment vehicles.
