Ritwik D. Chatterjee

Before joining Harbinger Capital Partners in March of 2007, Mr. Chatterjee worked for six years in the Restructuring Advisory groups of CIBC World Markets and Piper Jaffray & Co. As an investment banker, Mr. Chatterjee advised companies, creditors, and equity sponsors in a variety of matters including in and out-of-court restructuring and recapitalization transactions, exchange offers, public and private financings, and acquisitions/divestitures.
Mr. Chatterjee previously served as a Marketing Manager at the Time Inc. division of Time Warner focusing on strategic media and retail partnerships, and he began his career in the High Yield Group of Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Chatterjee graduated from Brown University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations.
