Rob Olejniczak

Mr. Rob Olejniczak is a Principal at Spinnaker Partners LLC.
In addition to that, Mr. Olejniczak is currently Chief Financial Officer at HDC.
While at HDC, he successfully implemented a proprietary investment model that analyzed projected returns of assets based on a number of geographic and property-specific factors.
In addition, he implemented an efficient and effective accounting system for HDC aggregating information for annual reporting and on an asset-by-asset basis.
Prior to HDC, he was a financial advisor at American Express Financial Advisors.
Mr. Olejniczak graduated with a degree in economics from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
