Mr. Riley was with Prudential Investment Corporation from 1983 to 1994, serving as Chairman and CEO of several Prudential subsidiaries including Prudential Asset Management Company, the Prudential Realty Group, Prudential Residential Services Company and Prudential Reinsurance Company.
Following Mr. Riley’s retirement from Prudential, he was named President and COO of the Dreyfus Corporation, investment advisor for the Dreyfus group of mutual funds.
Mr. Riley received an A.B., Magna Cum Laude, from Holy Cross College, and a M.B.A.
from Harvard Business School.
