Robert V.
Card is Director of Risk Management of Columbia Bancorp.
He has been Executive Vice President and Director of Risk Management of Columbia River Bank since January 2007.
Mr. Card joined Columbia River Bank in August 1998 and served as a Commercial Loan Officer until November 1999.
He was Credit Review Officer of Columbia River Bank from November 1999 to April 2000, Vice President and Credit Review Officer from April 2000 until August 2001, Vice President and Audit Manager from August 2000 to July 2003 and Senior Vice President and Audit Manager from July 2003 to January 2007.
Mr. Card has 40 years of banking experience.
He received a BS degree in Business Administration from Portland State University and is a graduate of Western Agricultural Banking School, where he served as Faculty for more than 10 years.
