Ms. Sabina Kalyan is a Global Chief Economist & Head of EMEA Strategy at CBRE Investment Management (UK Funds) Ltd. Based in London, she is responsible for developing CBRE Global Investors’ house views on the outlook for the European economy, financial markets and national property markets, harnessing the wealth of market information provided by CBRE Group and the experience of the CBRE Global Investors fund managers.
Ms. Kalyan joined CBRE Global Investors from IPD where she was Chief Economist.
She was responsible for the UK and European forecasting service and analyzing the impact of economic developments on the global property markets.
Prior to this she worked for Capital Economics, where she developed their UK residential and commercial property market analysis and forecasting service.
She studied economics at Lincoln College, Oxford University and is a member of the Society of Business Economists, the Society of Property Researchers and the IPF.
A trained economist, she received an M.Phil in Economics and a Bachelors degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics both from Oxford University.
