Sharon M. Overacker

Ms. Overacker joined Valicenti Advisory Services in 2006.
Prior to that, from 1987 to 2006, she owned and managed all aspects of Sharon Enterprises located in Elmira Heights, NY.
She has several years of experience in income tax preparation for individuals, corporations and partnerships, bookkeeping, and payroll preparation.
She is presently a volunteer with the Eldridge Park Carousel Preservation Society and has previously volunteered on the LPGA Finance Committee.
She was a Board Member of the Chemung County Chamber of Commerce and received its Volunteer of the Year Award.
Ms. Overacker is a graduate of Elmira College with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and she holds an Associates degree in Applied Science from Corning Community College.
She earned the designation of Enrolled Agent by the IRS in 1987.
