The private company aims to see inclusive economic development in the region and work towards changing the situation where existing policy and regulatory arrangements actively hinder people from using technology to live their lives. LIRNEasia believes that digital technology combined with other factors provides a means to improve people's capabilities and knowledge so that they may better their lives.
