Stanislawa Golinowska

Ms. Stanislawa Golinowska is a Vice Chairwoman of the CASE Supervisory Council at Centrum Analiz Spoleczno-Ekonomicznych.
She is also a professor of economics and specialist in social policy, healthcare, and the labour market.
She co-founded and was Vice-President of the CASE Foundation and a CASE Fellow.
From 1991–1997 she was Director of the Warsaw Institute of Labour and Social Studies, after which she served two terms as head of the Kraków Jagiellonian University College Institute of Public Health.
She was a member of the Council of Ministers Social and Economic Strategy Council (1994–2005) and a member of the UN Secretary General Committee for Development Policy (2007–2009).
She has initiated and managed more than 20 domestic and international research projects, and her publications number more than 250.
She studied economics at Warsaw University and was awarded a scholarship from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation.
