After his study Economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Stef ten Brinke started working in the financial / law posting at a few Dutch Banks.
In 2000 he started as management trainee at building- and developmentcompany Aan de Stegge.
In 2003 he went to the Ten Brinke Groep, a group of building- and developmentcompanies, where he grounded the Asset Management Company.
At the Ten Brinke Groep he was also (jointly) responsible for all staff departments.
