Etoile Gestion SA (Etoile Gestion) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Amundi SA, itself a subsidiary of Rue de la Boétie SAS-held Crédit Agricole SA (XP: ACA) in France. Formerly a subsidiary of the federation of mutual banks Groupe Crédit du Nord, Etoile Gestion was created in 1997 and is located in Paris. They manage a number of Sicav and FCP and the UCITS distributed by Crédit du Nord for institutional and corporate clients, financial intermediaries and private individuals. They are a socially responsible investor which incorporates environmental, social and corporate governance considerations in their investments.

BFT Investment Managers SA (BFT IM) is the asset management subsidiary of Amundi Asset Management SA, itself a subsidiary of Rue de la Boetie SAS's Crédit Agricole SA (EPA: ACA; ADR: CRARY) in France. Founded in 1985, the firm is headquartered in Paris and specializes in providing asset management services for institutional investors, regional banks and medium- to large-sized companies. BFT IM is a socially responsible investor which manages a diverse range of funds in keeping with Amundi SRI Expertise.
