Stephen Cummins

Mr. Stephen Cummins is Vice President at Atlantic Capital Group, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Cummins was a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of OPS Consulting, a software technology firm focused on reducing the cost of software through quality and maintenance initiatives.
Prior to OPS, he was a Director of Accounting Policy for Citigroup’s Consumer Finance Division.
In this role he oversaw compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, managed the accounting and integration of multiple business acquisitions in excess of $1 billion, and oversaw the accounting and cash management function for a thrift whose assets grew from $800 million to in excess of $16 billion during his tenure.
He previously worked in the Corporate Audit Group of Alexander & Alexander Services, an international insurance broker serving fortune 500 clients.
He began his career in public accounting working for KPMG.
Mr. Cummins graduated from Seattle University with a BA degree in Accounting and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
