Stephen R.
Carroll is Vice President of Corporate Financial Services for The Rockefeller Group, Inc. He joined The Rockefeller Group in 1976.
Mr. Carroll is Chief Information Officer and Vice President- Corporate Financial Services of Rockefeller Group International, Inc. Mr. Carroll served as Finance Director of Providence Resources Plc.
until July 1, 2008.
Prior to joining The Rockefeller Group, he held accounting positions with Amerace Corporation in New York and Illinois.
He worked for Phillips Van Heusen Corporation and Dow Jones & Company after serving three years with Price Waterhouse & Co. in New Jersey.
Mr. Carroll holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
