Steven B. McSkimming

Mr. Steven B.
McSkimming is Vice President of Marketing & Client Services at Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI).
Prior to joining PREI in February 2011, Mr. McSkimming was a portfolio manager and investment committee member of Russell Investments in San Diego, California.
Before joining Russell in 1999, he was a senior vice president with Institutional Property Consultants responsible for managing client relationships and conducting manager due diligence activities.
He was with IPC for 12 years, and prior to IPC, he spent two years managing the accounting department for the McMillin Companies, a homebuilder based in the San Diego area.
Mr. McSkimming is a Certified Public Accountant and he holds a B.A.
in Accounting from California State University Northridge.
He received his M.B.A.
in Real Estate Finance from San Diego State University.
