Sunil Kanoria

Sunil Kanoria is the founder of SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd., which was founded in 1985.
He held the title of Vice Chairman from 1985 to 2021.
Mr. Kanoria currently holds the position of Vice Chairman at SREI Equipment Finance Ltd. He is also a Director at Viom Infra Networks Maharashtra Ltd., Bhavya Enterprises Ltd., and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Additionally, he is a Member of the Finance Industry Development Council and the Construction Technicians Training Institute.
In his former positions, Mr. Kanoria served as Vice Chairman & Managing Director at Quippo Infrastructure Equipment Ltd. He was also the Non-Independent Non-Executive Vice Chairman at India Power Corp.
Ltd. from 2017 to 2018.
He held the position of Vice Chairman & Managing Director at Quippo Telecom Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. and Chairman at Quippo Oil & Gas Infrastructure Ltd. Furthermore, he served as a Non-Executive Director at Upper Ganges Sugar & Industries Ltd. from 2004 to 2011 and as an Independent Director at Grupo Empresarial San José SA. He was a Director at ATC Telecom Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. from 2012 to 2015 and an Independent Non-Executive Director at Avadh Sugar & Energy Ltd. from 2017 to 2019.
He also held the position of Senior Vice President at the Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industry of India from 2013 to 2015.
Additionally, he served as the President of the Federation of Indian Hire Purchase Associations, the Hire Purchase & Lease Association, and The Agri-Horticultural Society of India.
He was a Member-Governing Body at the Construction Industry Development Council from 2011 to 2012 and the President of The Merchants' Chamber of Commerce.
