Taichiro Tomatsuri

Mr. Taichiro Tomatsuri is a Manager at Global Alliance Realty Co., Ltd. He is engaged in real estate investment advisory business of Global Alliance Realty for institutional investors, in relation to not only asset management of office buildings but effective utilization of unemployed capital held by clients (company dormitories, company housing, warehouses, etc.).
Prior to joining Global Alliance Realty, he was with Cosmos Initia Co., Ltd, where he was involved in various real estate transactions such as for office buildings, rental apartments, development sites and others, while also engaging in planning and executing new avenues of business for the company.
Mr. Tomatsuri joined GAR in 2012.
