Dr. Cheah holds a PhD degree fom Curtin University of Technology, Australia, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Western Australia, Australia and a Bachelor of Law degree from University of Western Australia, Australia.
He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
